Mr. Dion Ward
Hello, my name is Dion Ward and I am the Academic Counselor for students with last names Pr-Sn (9th-12th). This is my 15th year in education, and I love being part of your student’s academic achievement! I am a proud product of Judson ISD, having graduated from Judson High School. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication/ Social Interaction from the University of Texas-San Antonio. After graduation, I obtained my teaching certification and currently hold several certifications ranging from elementary to high school education. I spent 13 years in the classroom and moved into school counseling once I obtained my master’s degree in School Counseling/Professional Counseling from Lamar University. This is my second year as a counselor here at Wagner High School. My goal is to help all students succeed and equip them for success both during and after their high school careers are complete. I love being a T-Bird.
